MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ON OFFER – OPTION 1

   

To alleviate those sudden surprises of high repair bills and the agony of  malfunction of your
garage door at a time you will least expect,  we at Precision Doors under the management of 
Suresh Singh who served the garage door industry for 32 years have designed a maintenance
package for a nominal monthly subscription of   R 150.00 payable by monthly debit order which
equates to under  R5.00 per day.  Our unique Customer Relation Management system  will take
the hassle and the worry out of your responsibility.

Our CRM will prompt us and yourself  to carry out a Twenty Point periodic service every four months.   This service will allow us to detect any potential failure and rectify,  before any costly damage occurs and ensure a reliable and efficient operating door.  This agreement entitles the homeowner to three compulsory periodic twenty point service per year and unlimited free call outs.  

Over and above these benefits the following service and benefits will also be on offer to the
customer on the maintenance agreement.


•Our dedicated team will be on call 7 Days a week between times 07h00 to 19h00.


•Timber Doors will be coated once a year with an oil based penetrating sealer


•Fibre Glass Doors will be polished during every periodic visit to revive  the appearance.


•All spares  used will be supplied less a 40% discount. 


•All electronic accessories will be supplied less a 25% discount.


•For every additional door a further amount of  R30 per single door and R 50 per double door is applicable .



Exclusions from this agreement are the following
:

•All accidental  damages.  


•Forced entry by burglars 


•Act of GOD  ie: lightning storm, flooding.




All of the above exclusions will be covered by your home owners insurance policy cover. Precision Doors is contracted and works will all major insurance companies.  It is the responsibility of the homeowner to inform their insurers of improvements and additions and ensure that you are adequately insured.
 
In such events we will undertake temporary relief or repair to keep you going with our courtesy doors.  These facilities are exclusive to customers on our maintenance agreement.
